Open House Rules
For the protection of our properties and safety of our agents, all agents who hold open houses on Turnstone properties, must follow the following easy rules:
§ Agents must arrive at the agreed upon start time and must stay until the agreed finish time, regardless of activity
§ PLEASE do not leave the lock box open with the combination showing. This is very important to prevent crime
§ Any signs and banners must be taken down and the house left clean for the next showing
§ If the listing agents sign is removed, it must be replaced
§ The unit must be locked, all windows closed and left safe and secure
§ When leaving, please check to be sure the lock box is closed and the key is in the lock box

§ If special terms, a letter of summary from the buyer’s agent.
§ All contact information from Buyer’s agent.
§ A commission breakdown.
§ Proof and source of funds.
§ Pre-qualification from Buyers’ lender.
§ Contact information for Buyer’s lender.
§ Seller’s choice of services.
